Ms Sinovuyo Ntiyantiya, appointed to the OBP Board on 1 November 2023, is a highly accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic and operational management across both public and private sectors. She has a proven track record in financial and risk management, policy formulation and implementation, and the development of high-performing teams.
She has expertise in budgeting and financial management, in line with the PFMA and National Treasury prescripts. She has strong expertise in operational management, risk and project oversight, policy and process implementation, stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and workforce planning and development.
Known for her strategic vision and ability to drive operational excellence, Ms Ntiyantiya brings a wealth of knowledge and insight that strengthens board deliberations and ensures effective leadership in complex and dynamic environments.
Ms Ntiyantiya holds an M Inst Agrar, a BSc (Hons) in Zoology with the University of Pretoria, and a BSc in Botany and Zoology (Walter Sisulu University), and completed a Senior Management Development Programme at the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
