Checklist of Compulsory documents to be submitted and failure to submit will be disqualified


  • Proof that the supplier is registered on central supplier database (CSD)
  • Updated Tax clearance certificate
  • BEE certificate or Affidavit
  • Company profile/ proposal (Detailed proposal of how they intend to meet the requirements in the RFQ.)
  • At least three reference letters.

Should you not hear from us within 14 days after the closing date consider not successful.
